Amazing physical therapists - I cannot recommend enough! For 6 weeks I was going to another physical therapy facility for my lower back which accomplished nothing, they even told me there was nothing else they could do and I would need back injections (I am only 29 years old); after only a week here I already noticed my back was feeling much better. This is not like your typical PT; it is extremely individualized & personalized which many other facilities neglect. The whole time they focus on treating just you instead of 20 other people. Furthermore, they really listened to what I told them was bothering my back each session, tailoring each exercise to my level of pain and took their time showing me exactly how to do each exercise correctly. After a series of unfortunate events, I have had chronic low back pain for the past two years with no answers in sight. I have tried multiple physical therapy centers before. There are certainly some good PT's out there - but none as well-rounded as those at Evolve. Back injuries are incredibly nuanced, and you need someone patient and diligent to work with you through the process and really listen. The team at Evolve left me confident moving forward that when I have flare ups or tension, I can handle the issue right away with a set of tools they supplied me with. On top of that, they gave me back the ability to strength train. Something I didn't know if I would be able to do again seriously.
